Please remember, subscribe to required items:
-Network Extensions 2 (indispensable);
-San Minato 4K Theme (highly recommended);
-Cleyra – Color Correction.

Basic instructions:
Before load your city, enter the content manager. Then, click on each tab – mod, theme, and color correction LUT – to display your items. Click on the boxes to the right of it to enable.
When loading your new game, you will see the drop down menu for alternative themes. Click on San Minato Theme.
Anytime, go to settings, graphics, preferences, and you will see a drop down menu ‘Color correction override’ where you should find your subscribed LUT. You can also search and test others.
You will need to relaunch the game if you have subscribed to anything while Cities Skylines is launched.
