Description:

The IBM "Toronto Lab" is one of two IBM facilities located in the Greater Toronto Area (specifically the City of Markham). This large facility opened in 2001 and is the largest software development laboratory on Canada, and IBM’s third largest.

RICO MOD:
This asset functions as a Level 3 Office that employs 100 citizens. It is the perfect fit for any city that has an "IT Cluster" district.
