This is the line colourable version of the Kawasaki C151 Singapore MRT train in SMRT old dark livery
About the train
The Kawasaki C151 is a 6-car train that is part of the initial fleet of the Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) system. It was introduced in 1987 and has served the country for 30 years. The C151 had undergone refurbishment and the C151 prior to refurbishment look almost like the Siemens C651 trains.
It was said that the initial tendering for the first trains of the Singapore MRT was so hotly contested that companies resorted to offering last-minute discounts, offers of free parts, and even sabotage.
