SovMod Apartments 3 [RICO]
Apartment building, constructed in soviet modernism style. It is based on the complex of buildings, created in 1980-s in Leningrad. This is a unique apartment complex, which has absorbed traits of the brutalism and avant-garde. For example, it has double-leveled flats and huge public spaces inside.
It is RICO-compatiable level 2 high density residential building. If you don`t have RICO, you can find it in the parks tab.
The model has 4,5k tris and custom 170 tris LOD. High-poly model has texture 1024*1024 and LOD texture is 256*128. Size is 6*3. If you want to build a road through the arch, use something like road anarchy mode, or someting like that.
