MCH – The Sunbury (GROWABLE)
Here is my third "Mid-Century Home", which will (eventually) be a collection of houses inspired by 1950’s Suburbia. Its called The Sunbury, based on a vintage house plan with matching carport. It is a Level Two, low residential "growable" on a 3×4 lot.

Trees & planter bushes are by Pdelmo, very lovely and low poly. I plan to use those a lot going forward… so much nicer than the Vanilla trees! Don’t miss out on subbing to them… links on the right!

I don’t think it will require any DLCs, but note that I do have all of them installed on my system. If you run into any issues let me know!
