2018 Gillig Low Floor Trolley Bus

Electric buses, in the era before fuel cell and better battery storage, needed to run on wires. Thus, they needed to connect to the trolley wires using an adjustable mechanism. In the earliest times, if they uncouple from the wires, the buses immediately stall and block traffic.
Now, with the invention of dual mode buses, operators can control the wire positioning within the bus if it decouples. This is the version in use in Skylines, though it runs on tram lines. For trolley boulevards, look at Blackwolf (Frdm920)’s workshop
This version is much better than my original version. The only reason the original version is still up is because it features a different livery.
Use Improved Public Transport Mod to select buses for each line and change capacity!
All vehicles except the Phantom were revamped.

Original model[3dwarehouse.sketchup.com] by Mike P. on Google Sketchup, Reduced polys from 11762 (Sketchup has it wrong) to 3531, added hybrid backing from Matt Trimble’s SMART buses[3dwarehouse.sketchup.com] Optimized hybrid portion. Retextured, remapped, and converted for Cities Skylines.
Performed additional optimization and smoothing to generate much nicer hybrid bus, redid textures.
Mashed Hybrid portion to a compact area to act as reservoir for the wires, appended trolley wires to the model from my XT60.
Stats are the same as the default tram. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs.
