San Salvacion from Ace Combat 4
Scroll down for gameplay description…
San Salvacion is the capital of the national of San Salvacion. The city itself if split into three distinct districts via the mountains in between them. Those districts are Old Towne, New City, and San Profetta, which includes the San Profetta Airport.
After the discovery of the Ulysses1994XF04 Asteroid in the late 90’s, the nation of San Salvacion was selected as the location of Stonehenge, the enormous railgun battery beant to destroy fregments of the asteroid as they entered the atmosphere. Stonehenge is located several hundred miles southeast of the city of San Salvacion on the opposite side of a mountain range. After the planetfall, the continent of Usea (San Salvacion is in the central part of it, hence the location of Stonehenge) experienced a vast refugee crisis, which ended in the neighboring country of Erusea closing its borders. Erusea was affected the most out of any nation on the continent, with its capital city, Farbanti, suffering a direct hit from a fragment, killing tens of thousands. As the refugee crisis mounted, Erusea invaded San Salvacion to seize Stonehenge. After their stunning military success, the neighboring country of The Federation of Central Usea demaded Erusea withdraw or face retaliation. When FCU and the newly formed ISAF coalition failed to destroy Stonehenge, Erusea began advancing east once again, seizing the city of San Salvacion and forcing ISAF to withdraw from the continent entirely. During the war, the infamous Yellow Squadron used an incomplete freeway outside of town as their makeshift airstrip. Eventually, ISAF returned to the continent and slowly pushed west, eventually liberating San Salvacion and pushing into Erusea itself.
In the game, the side-story narrator is a citizen of San Salvacion, though which part of town he is from is unknown (Likely Old Towne since it is said that the freeway that was under construction bypassed his town)
Unfortunately, Cities Skylines’ maps are not large enough, so this map is not 100% to scale. I have included the now-completed freeway in the eastern part of town, where I assume it would be after flying around the city many times. (It’s pretty difficult to get a grasp of the city and terrain since the mission is at night.) Also, the highways are not necessarily in their canon positions, and some were added for gameplay purposes.
This map assume 10+ years since the Liberation of San Salvacion, thus trees and such have grown up around the old freeway/airstrip that has since been completed.
There is also a non-canon shipping lane for gameplay purposes. The water area is supposed to be a lake.

Gameplay description: be sure to download all dependencies. There are a lot of trees, so prepare yourself. Otherwise, it’s a pretty normal and very playable map.
There is some weird texture issues with some of the highways not being dark enough, but that may be on my end.
For results, use Relight Average LUT from the Relight mod as well as Daylight Classic on all classic. If there are issues, Ultimate Eyecandy in conjunction with Relight will fix it.
There are resources on the map, but they are mainly used for texturing.
