Freightliner Food Truck BBQ
Joe’s BBQ Food Truck was started in Houston, TX in the summer of 2009. A couple of chefs with a knack for grilling were persuaded by their families to start their own business after their employer’s restaraunt closed during recession. Finding the upfront costs of renting a storefront to be too high, they decided to settle on a mobile kitchen that they can set up whenever and wherever they want.
Over the past decade, Joe’s BBQ has provided authentic Texan style ribs and brisket to families across the American South. Now, they’re contemplating moving to Skylines and establishing a worldwide franchise. After all, every day is a good day for some BBQ.
