Original Model : R180 locomotive & P35CH series railcars
The R180 are the latest batch of diesel-electric locomotives owned by the Taiwan Railway Administration ( 台鐵TRA ). It was produced by Electro-Motive Diesel ( EMD ) and same as G22CU-2. They are commonly used in the double heading of cargo trains on the Taiwan North-link line.
The P35CH series railcars is specially designed for transporting bulk cement. All of these cars are self-provided by the private companies, including the 8th largest cement company in the world, Taiwan Cement.
