Ice Hockey Arena (v3.1)
This originally was exclusive to the Winter Theme map but despite the popular misconception of these buildings being locked as map-exclusive, these buildings can actually be copied from the Asset Editor by selecting the New, Winter Theme, and Building buttons. From there, you can select your Winter Theme building of your choice, set them to Always Unlocked, save your asset, and voila! Your new Winter Theme building is now available for your non-Winter Theme maps. Find your custom building in the Winter sub-tab of either your Unique Buildings or Park tabs. I tested it myself when playing on my Boreal map-themed city. Of course, it requires the Snowfall DLC to work. The same results will occur with your European Theme buildings.
I edited both the Entertainment and Attractiveness values to have them set to 200 for your tourists and citizens to be more allured to the building. Also the Low, Medium, and High Wealth Tourists values are all set to 300 even though they won’t necessarily reach up to those limits. I just wanted to make it more appealing to the people in the game.
May 6, 2020 update: Entertainment and Attractiveness values now set to 2000, the Entertainment Radius has been set to 800, and Tourist values of Low, Medium, and High Wealth level are now set to 2000. Also, Educated, Well Educated, and Highly Educated workers values have been set to 35, 25, and 25 respectively, while Maintenance Costs values have been vamped up to 40000.
Unfortunately, since the recently released Campus DLC does not include ice hockey as a mechanic (which is rather unusual because Colossal Order is from Finland and ice hockey is VERY popular in that country), I can’t make a working version for sports and I don’t have the know-how to convert the programming code unlike others in the Workshop, so this shall have to suffice.
