Swallow Nest
Before they were known to live in barns and porches, the swallows all made their homes in dark, grungy caves. Likewise, before most middle-class kids lived in apartments near the Starbucks and craft brewery, they most likely lived in a modest single-family home. Well, just like the birds, people change and prefer to live together in apartment buildings. The Swallow Nest comes on a 2×2 and 3×2 lot with expanding back lot, and has two versions to go from "modest" to "fancy".
