Wren Nest
Townhouses are what the somewhat more middle-class folks refer to as their apartments, although really they’re one and the same, just the word "townhouse" sounds fancier. Likewise, a wren isn’t really that much bigger than a sparrow, but wrens are apparently cuter than sparrows. So I guess it makes sense that the somewhat fancier and "cuter" apartment would get named after the cuter bird. It doesn’t matter though, it’s a high-density building that only spawns on 2×2 and 3×2 lots with expanding backyard, and the level 3 version has a wooden fence while the level 4 version has a fancy brick wall and garden.
