2010 Police CS Ford E350
If you need per say 11 officers (plus the driver) to a site, well then you need a bigger van. The E350 van will do that in a bare bones structure. Of course, it’s large size means it costs a little bit more, but you can do the job a bit more effectively.
This is the police version.
Use Service Vehicle Selector or Service Vehicle Manager (my preferred utility) to set police vehicles types for your departments.
Use Invisible Spawn Points to fine tune your spawning and create more realistic depots!

Stats are same as the default police car. Use Advanced Vehicle Options Mod to change it to fit your needs. Use Emergency Lights Changer V2 to generate custom flare colors and lighting styles.
