Moderne Market
Everything’s classier in French, right?
WRONG.
"Moderne" is just what they called the up-and-coming style back in the 30s… And really, this is a building that was built more in the 50s and 60s… A large, flat wall with the windows all on the bottom built at a slant to make it look interesting. Sadly, in the real world, most of these kinds of buildings are home to either thrift shops and other low-end retail or just abandoned. But this one seems to have found a new life in the world of city-builders, with chirping cims buying all the cheap stuff…
So essentially, it’s the same old, same old.
