Description:

I’ve decided to give some of the vanilla assets a bit of a face-lift.

In this case it’s one of the 4 x 4, level 3, growable low density commercial buildings.

What I did was rotate it 90 degrees on it’s plot, put advertising billboards and logos on the big wall, that was now facing the street, and add some parking, trees etc to make it look like a multiplex cinema.

The changes I made are purely cosmetic, this building still behaves like the original model does.

A big thank-you needs to go out to Elias and GCVos – Elias for the specific LED billboards that I used, and GCVos who made the LED billboard templates and guide available for those who want to make their own billboards.
