Zaans Windmill
Dutch windmill in the style of those in Zaanse Schans. You’ll find it in the electricity tab. Stats as vanilla, I just removed the noise pollution. The blades rotate and the head will turn into the wind so watch your toes on the platform! I bet that’s why the shoes were invented.
