As my generous sprinkling of services was making every corner of my city eventually feature the same level 5 skyline, I decided it was time to learn 3D modelling. The result are in: three classically styled buildings for your VIP Cims. The first one is a level 5, low density residential brick house. Intended for terraces but works equally well as a detached house. Grows on 2×3 and 2×4 lots.

Custom LOD (85 tris).
*Update* Patch 1.1.0 compatible. Grows on all map types (including European). Colour variation still not quite as it should be 🙁
