This asset was made more as an experiment to try out a few things, rather than to produce something for the workshop. Since I found it doesn’t look totally terrible (only slightly) I figured I might as well release it. At least it’s low-poly, very much so actually.

Regarding the building itself, it is a side building of the "KölnTurm" skyscraper in Cologne’s MediaPark, which seems to be used mainly as a hotel and congress facility in reality, as well as housing a number of offices. I couldn’t find out which terms to use in the RICO definition to make it an actual hotel in the game, so it comes as a regular commercial building.
