A three-storey house with 14 apartments (in the game 5 families).
Series 1-228-9.

The walls of the building are repainted in one of four colors – yellow, beige, green, lilac.
I highly recommend to use mod Painter for recoloring walls.
The roof of the building is painted in one of four colors – green, blue, brown, burgundy.
It can also be repainted in the desired color using Painter.
This is available on the second tab. For tabs to appear, use the Sub-Buildings Tabs.
The walls and the roof can be painted in different colors.
For example, yellow + blue, or pink + green.
On the building there are signs from Signboards pack for shops (Cyrillic).
The signage randomly switches to one of the options:
Also, the signs change colors (except for "Beauty Salon" – left top on picture).
This asset should be used only with the RICO mod!
Without RICO this is a unique buildings without any functions and parameters!
