Hemshep Bay
Hemshep Bay was an old fishing community abandoned decades ago. The only sign of life in the region is the farming settlement up on the mainland, a mile or two from the actual bay. Your challenge is to bring this remote region back to life, starting with by the beach that used to host the fishermens camps. But don’t let your town grow out of hand, the road communications can only handle so much traffic.
81 tiles mod is recommended for the player who do want the ability to make a larger town, since the central buildable area is quite small and mostly contains ocean.
