Small industrial unit B

A generic level 1 industrial growable. This is the "sister" version of the Small industrial unit asset, with mirrored geometry and minor changes to the diffuse texture.

Thanks to Avanya for advising on how to flip the asset in unity so it didn’t end up all oops upside ya head.

Only custom prop is rik4000’s ADT alarm.
