This grid is the first in a series of Modular Grids. Each will have their own unique design and transportation options.
As the name implies this grid is designed to be used as a residential district surrounding a centra square containing space of all the common service buildings including: Elementary School, Highschool, Fire House, Police Station, Medical Clinic, Cemetary, and Crematorium. To add to that I created three recreation areas, which includes a Playground, Plaza, and Park.
The short sections of road are lined with walking paths to prevent zoning along these traffic channels. I tried one way roads, but sadly they reduce service coverage.
