The Connecticut Financial Center is a postmodern 26 floor, 383 ft office tower located in New Haven, Connecticut. It is the tallest building in New Haven and the sixth tallest building in the state.
The asset is 0.95:1 scale in order to get it to sit on a 4×8 lot. RICO settings are included (office level 3, 200 jobs) but you don’t need the RICO mod to use the building.

Building was done on request – probably the last time I do that. Sorry 🙂
