Loader’s Single-Point Urban Interchange #1
A single-point urban interchange, SPUI for short, which features an avenue crossing a motorway which runs underneath. All the end points are at ground level.
It is recommended to use a mod which allows you to switch traffic lights and manage lanes (e.g. Traffic Manager)!
