Description:

Two modern lowrise residential buildings from the Baur-Areal in Stuttgart-Berg.

Both of them use the same 512×512 texture and have custom LODs (58 and 130 tris) with 64×64 textures.

They have a color map so they can be painted, but color variations do not appear by default.
