4-Lane Medium Road with Bicycle Lanes and Parking
This is part of a set of medium roads with two regular lanes in each direction, bicycle lanes, and on-street parking. This is one of the basic versions, while the asymmetric versions are meant to be used as turning lanes.
The After Dark DLC is required for the bicycle lanes to function.
Noise pollution stats and construction and maintenance costs are the same as the vanilla medium road. These roads are ground level only.
