Infinite Demand
Force infinite demand for residential, commercial and industrial zones.
You can also disable infinite demand in-game. Open the options, navigate to the "Infinite Demand Mod" settings page and click the checkbox. Please keep in mind that the simulation has to adjust the demand after you’ve disabled it, causing it to stay high for a bit.
Please be aware that this mod manipulates the simulation, hence you may run into several kind of issues with workers, schools, etc.
If you are not seeing the demand right away, try to refresh the simulation by placing a new zone somewhere.
