Anzio 3 way Interchange

Needs NE2 for 4 lane and 2 lane highways.

Angles are 144/144/72 so its more of an A stack interchange then a T interchange. Uses a 4 lane to 2 lane split. Bit larger than the vanilla T intersection but hopefully more efficient. Triple stacked, heights go from 0m-18m.
