Dutch 16th-Century Building
A 16-century Dutch building with stepped gable building based on a building in the town of Goes (but only loosely, so I won’t say which one).
This is a corner office building, approx 2 units wide and 4 deep.
It is growable but I’d recommend manual placement using the MoveIt and Plop the Growables mods.
