Small Island Challenge
NOTE: You need a crusie ship terminal and a harbour in order for this to work
A small Island where you can challenge yourself to build the largest city possible with little space
use what ever mods or cheats you want to get the highest population possible (just dont use anything unfare e.g. terraform mod, Thats mean)
you can do what you want with the map, improve it, whetever. I always like seing people do what I never thought of.
