Once this delta, filled with small rivers, mountains, valleys and even a volcano, was home to the Kingdom of Novaria. Since its location was so remote, it has been abandoned and forgotten over time. Now the area of Novaria has been provided with modern and capable infrastructure just for you as a new mayor of this region to let it thrive again. Three areas were selected to build your cities and/or villages on, but you can always use the fertile lands if more space is needed. There is plenty of water, oil and ore to make your city successful!
