UPDATE 21/04/20: Addressed an issue with the LOD textures for corners 3 & 4. Added two new assets; inner corners 1 and 2 – refer to screenshots.
This is a collection of level 1 Victorian terrace residential growables (1×2 lot size).
See the screenshot for relevant tri count and texture sizes per ‘Mesh Info’.
All the main models share the same d, s, n, i and c textures.

The only custom props used is the decal for the cobblestone back yards – decoration at your discretion.
The intention is to add models to this collection as and when I’ve created them; currently the assets are designed for square blocks of 5 squares’ depth to accommodate a one tile wide ‘back alley’, hence the gates from the back yards. I want to explore end lot assets where the road angle is more acute than the 90 degrees these are intended for.
