Horrendous traffic
100s of years ago, city planners came together to plan a city near the mountains. Some years ago, however, the city saw a polpulation boom and the mayor planned to modernise the city. The more the mayor modernised the city, the more the traffic jams began to grow. Now it’s almost at the point of a complete standstill. The mayor needs your help to fix the traffic. Several new highways were built, but that just worsened the traffic conditions. The city has a big budget and is prepared to accept any solution that works as long as the traffic flow is over 85%.
