Description:

This is a large city grid with a highway pass though. There are two dogbone highway exits and 8 entrances/exits to get on and off the freeway. Its a curvy grid system and most of the roads run parallel to each other 12u apart. You can work off any direction without causing traffic. It has a basic train line split, and tram lines (snowfall required). I cant call this a starter grid because you need more then one tile to place this. 340u in length. 150u width. It works with terrain you could probably place on a moderate slope and it would look great.

There is a train track and tram system in place. Idea behind both was for passengers. Outside and local trains could cross at the middle and then go on there separate ways. You would need a train station asset that’s a bit narrower to achieve this but there are quite a few good ones! Tram line runs in a circle around the town but can also cross in the middle. The tram is on its own tram road the whole way around except the avenue. I ran 4 tram lines in 2 circles.

I did some quick city builds with mostly residential and commercial and saw 88% traffic on normal. Used just the trams and trains, no pedestrian paths connections or other transport added, or tmpe. Some park paths would make a huge difference, but I wanted to leave that up to you guys. easy 90% with some pedestrian overpasses. Could handle all industry as well. Got to 18k pop real quick sure some people could do better. Tons of room for parks. Have fun!
