Alta Costanoa Zephyr Streamlined Passenger Train
The Silver Lady rides again!
Between the time of its inaugural run in 1949 and its final trip in 1970, the Costanoa Zephyr hauled millions from America’s heartland to Costanoa and Presidio Bay, through some of the most beautiful scenery the map generator can handle.
Based on the real 1949 California Zephyr consist, featuring a record-setting 5 domes, the Costanoa Zephyr is the perfect classic streamliner for your city, whether it’s a vintage build or a modern city in need of a little class. This train features accurately modeled and textured passenger cars, as well as an "A-B-B" set of E8 locomotives painted in the Alta California’s 1951 Raymond Loewy scheme.
Unlike my usual passenger trains, this one does NOT feature line colors and will always appear in a gleaming silver livery. This train will overhang most stations for Cities:Skylines, but this was necessary to create a realistic length of train.
Vehicle Effects is required! This train comes with custom sound effects and exhaust effects, including an accurate horn, engine sounds, bell, and car sound effects.
