Australian Federation House 6
Federation House 6 is largely, but not entirely, based on "The Briars", in the Sydney suburb of Wahroonga. It was built in 1896, so it is a transitional late Victorian, early Federation style house.
No landscaping is included, and you will need Move It, to set back from the street.
