Vice City; Version 2
Vice City. Based on Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. I created this map for SimCity 4 many years ago. This is version 2.
I spent a lot of time updating transportation. The western island now has more rail including triple lines with switches. Nearby freeways should allow intermodal between freight rail and road. Rail along eastern coast should allow intermodal between ship, rail and road.
I added a south beach on eastern side of eastern island. Elevated rail loop and possible downtown terminus. Improved the interchanges increasing height.
Sunk some of the freeways that cross land.
