Most of the roads are in for the 25 tile users, A second Version will be released for 81 tiles at a later date.

From Wikipedia: Sapporo (??? Sapporo-shi) is the fifth largest city of Japan by population, and the largest city on the northern Japanese island of Hokkaido. It is the capital city of Hokkaido Prefecture, and is an ordinance-designated city.

I would highly suggest a housing theme that focuses on small homes, the streets are packed as tight as i thought i could get away with. There is a large amount of open areas in the top half of the map, in real life they’re small farms and parks. As the map sits using trains for anything other than cargo and inbound tourists is going to be difficult.

Feedback is welcome, especially if you have insight on the highway system, as I’m not super confident I put them in right.

Note: I’ve put all areas purchasable as a requirement but I " think" any mod that opens all 25 tiles will work, if you run into problems let me know and I will remove that requirement
