I wanted to make it more flexible so most sign props are not included in this building asset.
You can subscribe the required prop pack and use the Find It/Move It mods to place the props in any location you like.
The rooftop is empty and plain now on purpose. You can add your favorite air conditioning units or other props for your aesthetic pleasure.

I don’t make or update Cities Skylines assets anymore. My assets are not very good in terms of quality, but feel free to use modtools to extract the mesh/texture and do anything you want to them. You have the permission to upload the modified versions to the workshop.
