ROSSETTI PLACE IS MANCHESTER’S FIRST TRULY MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT, COMBINING LIVING AND WORKING SPACE WITHIN ONE BUILDING.

The commercial presence is focused on Quay Street and is marked by a slender curved blade leading the eye to a shared entrance. To the south, 89 apartments step down to the seclusion of St John’s Gardens. This project is the first of two phases built around a new pedestrian square and with a combined project value of £65m.

The building was designed to achieve a ‘Good’ to ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating with sustainability measures including a VRV system with heat reclamation and non-deleterious materials from sustainable sources. A range of office space was developed from small two-storey own front door units to nine storeys of prime office space all capable of sub division.

this assets took me a week and few days,i add sub_building for the balcony with alpha map.it is a low residence with 9 floors.i complish it in 3ds max,and get some photograph from the street views of google map,but most of texture create
by myself to make it more value quality.
