Each sign is 4 tris and uses a 128×128 texture.
Use Find It! mod to find them in game (search for "spence small sign" or use some of the keywords from the list above). You will need Move It! mod to place and adjust the props, but you should have it already 😉
If you don’t want to use all of the props after subscribing, you can find the folder for this asset (steamsteamappsworkshopcontent2557101890004754) and delete any unwanted props.
