Here’s Fort Myeres, Florida. The "Gateway to Southwest Florida" has a population of about 80,000+. As you can see it isn’t as developed as other maps I’ve done but does give opportunity to "grow as one would see fit". I-75 is in the 81-tile area running north-south. Florida state route 884 is mostly in the 81-tile area and is the main east-west route. Florida state route 78 runs west from I-95 to the western edge of the map. The part of this highway that’s in the 25-tile area is a 5-lane zonable road. All bridges in the map are high enough for shipping lanes (if you want those). Most of the water features are in (canals & larger ponds) although some slight tweaking may be needed for those terraforming perfectionalists.
