FLEX Modern Office
This is a close copy of the "FLEX Office", finished in early 2020. The real building offers collaborative spaces for multiple companies. A picture of the original building is included above.
Ingame, you can plop it as a unique building, with RICO supported.
The building contains two transparent staircases, made possbile with the Rotors shader. I put particular focus on keeping the file size small. It worked 🙂 I added a ricoDefiniton, meaning the building is available as an office building via the ploppable RICO mod. The building uses the vanilla aquarium as a template, which unlocks at a certain number of children in schools (forgot the exact amount). If you want to use it before unlocking, use "FindIt", or "Unlock All Wonders & Landmarks" mods.
