Golden Valley is yet another map set in the Great Plains.
Features:
-88% buildable land
-Abundant fertile land and oil
-Large river
-Extensive network of dirt roads
-No Mass Transit or Network Extensions required
-81 tiles is heavily recommended
Theme Mixer Settings (optional):
Base Theme: SCT-HOMECOMING
Cliff Texture: Coastal (You will need to increase the scale a bit)
Ruined Texture: SCT-ROCKYSHORE
Extra: Increase the exposure (because the base theme is quite dark)
