This is my makeover of a modern Burger King.

I do not own any rights on any of the advertisments or companies used and have only made this for free, non-commercial public use.

Double checked and placed ingame to make sure it works; and it does work perfectly fine. :]

Description:

This is a ploppable park; no limit to the amount.
Includes hangout zones for pedestrians.
No smoke or steam.

The object has all maps, including an illumination map.
It also includes an LOD model with a 850 triangles, which was the lowest I could get it too without having to remove faces from the building itself.
