Portable Buildings (Paintable ver.)
Portable/modular buildings, 4 variations (1×2 and 2×3). Often used for different purposes, whether it’s as office space, bunkhouses, temporary classrooms, etc. You can change their color with Repaint (Painter) mod, otherwise they have some color variations.
I will probably make a few more variations in different sizes, in the meantime you could wedge them together using Move It if you want to create larger structures.
They are ploppable buildings that perform no function. Use Find It mod to find them in game, otherwise I think they will appear somewhere in the parks menu.
Tri counts range from 722 to 1,598. They share the same set of 1024×512 textures, and have custom LODs. The textures will only be loaded into memory once if you use Loading Screen Mod!
