Garbage Bin Manager 1.1
A Harmony 2-compatible replacement for TPB’s old Garbage Bin Controller with additional features.
This mod enables you to replace the game’s ugly and poor-quality default garbage bins with much nicer workshop assets.
You can also configure the placement of the bins: whether they are placed from the left or right side of the building, how far inside that corner they’re placed, how far forward (towards the road) the bins are placed, the average spacing between the bins, and whether bins are placed at a set angle or with random rotation.
You can also change the amount of garbage a building must accumulate before starting to put out bins, and you can change the capacity of each bin (as well as the maximum number of bins each building will put out at once).
Additionally, you can also change the distace at which bins are rendered – longer distances for detail shots, or just close-up (to save some fps in dense areas).
The following bin props are specifically supported:

- Metal bin – 02 by Arnold J. Rimmer, Bsc. Ssc.
- Wheelie Bin – Color Variation by Arnold J. Rimmer, Bsc. Ssc.
- Wheelie Bin – Lid – Color Variation by Arnold J. Rimmer, Bsc. Ssc.
- Japanese Plastic Bucket by TOKACHI269.
- German garbage cans Pack by d-luX.
- UK Wheelie Bin – Green by rik4000.
- UK Wheelie Bin – Black by rik4000.
- UK Wheelie Bin – Blue Lid by rik4000.
- Korea food waste bin by allegro.
- Trash Bin Pack by Beardmonkey.
Any other prop with the ‘Garbage’ ItemClass service and ‘automatic’ placement mode will also be automatically detected and supported. Options to add other props are also in development.
As with all Harmony 2 mods, this mod is incompatible with the original Painter mod (use Repaint instead) and Garbage Bin Controller.

Doesn’t touch the savefile (uses its own separate configuration file), and can be safely removed at any time.
