Please welcome this pack of 3 low rise condominiums that I made years ago for Cities XL and I have now converted to C:S.
They are all RICO Compatible, so you will need the corresponding mod listed on the requirements.
These models are prop-free. You can add props and trees the way you like through the asset editor.
