Change Loading Image 2
This is a fixed and improved version of permutation’s ChangeLoadingImage mod.
– This mod replaces the boring loading images provided by Colossal Order
– By default, it loads a random image from the recent images in http://imgur.com/r/CitiesSkylines/new. It makes sure that the image is not smaller than 1920×1080 and thus it usually displays some proper scenic stuff!
– There’s an alternative mode, which replaces the loading images with pre-After Dark versions (I had to extract them from there and distribute with this mod, hence the mod size). This mode can be set in mod’s options entry. Could make a good combo together with Daylight Classic for purists. Play like it’s the spring of 2015! 😀
The mod works fine with Loading Screen Mod by thale5. It should also work fine with the test version of it, although I didn’t test myself. All screenshots in the gallery are taken with LSM enabled.
Please note that this mod has to find what’s new on imgur and loads a picture from the feed so a working Internet connection is a must! The image load time is negligible.
I don’t know whose imgur images are used in the gallery but your work is awesome, guys!
