[docs.google.com]The DR Class 243 is a universal electric locomotive of the Deutsche Reichsbahn which is used for general rail service. Deutsche Bahn lists the locomotive as Class 143. The locomotives of class 143/243 still belong to the most successful class of German electric locomotives.
This is the first release of BR143 class locomotives I made. Other variants -depending the amount content- might end up here on Steam or released on Patreon. Stay tuned for project updates.
This asset contains pre-refurbishment BR143, coupled with UIC-X class DB Regio cars. Locomotive itself is the most detailed public asset I’ve made so far so I hope you enjoy it. Compared to main mesh, LOD is much more optimized, thus I dont assume any hard performance impact.
